Our Mission
At Swing for a Million, our mission is to grow the game of golf while providing opportunities for youth and teen athletes. We believe that access to golf should be available to everyone, regardless of their background.
Through our national tournament series, everyday golfers compete in exciting events with the chance to advance to a championship stage. Each swing fuels something bigger — youth scholarships, access to equipment, tournament entry fees, and life-changing opportunities for the next generation.

At Swing for a Million, our mission is to grow the game of golf while opening doors for youth and teen athletes. We believe access to golf should be possible for every kid—no matter where they come from or what their family can afford.

How the Swing for a Million Shootout Works
Step 1 – Take Your Shot
- Visit one of our Par-3 Shootout locations.
- Pay $20 for one swing.
- If you hit a hole-in-one, you automatically qualify for the State Final and the National Final in Scottsdale, with a Million-Dollar Shot at each event and a fully paid trip to Arizona. (Air, Hotel, Golf, Meals)See National Finalist Trip Details for more information.
- If you hit and hold the green, your name goes into the State Finals Drawing.
Step 2 – State Final
- At the end of the season, we draw 10 names from all green-hitters.
- These players join any Hole-in-One qualifiers at the Arizona State Final, where each finalist gets one shot at $1,000,000 (paid as a 40-year annuity if they make an ace).
- The Top 3 Closest-to-the-Pin players at the State Final also earn a 3-day, 3-night golf trip to Scottsdale, AZ for the National Final.
Step 3 – National Final in Scottsdale
Finalists from across the country meet in Scottsdale for three days of golf, community, and once-in-a-lifetime pressure-packed swings.
At the National Final:
- Hole-in-One qualifiers receive their automatic Million-Dollar Shot.
- We draw:
- 10 players for a $1,000,000 Hole-in-One shot (40-year annuity)
- 10 player for a $250,000 shot
- 10 player for a $100,000 shot
- 10 players for a $1,000,000 Hole-in-One shot (40-year annuity)
- Every finalist goes home with premium swag and prizes.
